There are 2 ways, to find the site.

#1 goto my website: [http://members.pcu.net/Hispanic\_Genealogy/](http://members.pcu.net/Hispanic_Genealogy/), in the links section under Mexico, look for INEGI - Mexcio Census.

#2 goto directly the INEGI site: [http://www.inegi.gob.mx/inegi/default.asp](http://www.inegi.gob.mx/inegi/default.asp).

Once there, go to the "Accesos directos" area, and click on " [XII Censo General de Población y Vivienda, 2000](http://www.inegi.gob.mx/est/default.asp?c=701) ", under the "Base de datos" area, click on " [Tabulados básicos](http://www.inegi.gob.mx/est/default.asp?c=703) ", then under the "Poblacion" area, choose " [Localidades por municipio, y su distribución según tamaño de localidad](http://www.inegi.gob.mx/est/librerias/tabulados.asp?tabulado=tab_po01b&c=705) ". I am giving these details, so you know where, to go. But you still can explore the other options, on the site. Here is the direct url: [http://www.inegi.gob.mx/est/librerias/tabulados.asp?tabulado=tab\_po01b&c=705](http://www.inegi.gob.mx/est/librerias/tabulados.asp?tabulado=tab_po01b&c=705).
